We’re hiring for…
Servers
Servers are required to take orders from customers, deliver their food, and provide exceptional service during their meal. They also ring out bills and upsell dessert and bakery items. Servers must assist hosts as needed by answering the phone and taking bakery and takeout orders. Servers also have side work to be completed at the end of their shift, including but not limited to cleaning their sections of tables, cleaning the coffee machine and serving window, restocking items, and sweeping.
Hosts
Hosts are responsible for seating and greeting customers, ringing out bills for dine-in, takeout, and bakery customers. They must also answer the phone and take to-go orders and bakery orders. Hosts are required to assist servers and clear tables as needed.
Dish Crew
Clearing tables, bringing dishes back to the dish pit, cleaning condiments on tables, operating the dishwasher, and delivering clean dishes to cooks and the server area. Dishwashers also have side duties such as replacing pop machine drinks, peeling potatoes for mashed potatoes, and general cleaning throughout the entire restaurant.
Cooks
Cooks are required to have knowledge of our entire menu and prepare meals as they are ordered in the kitchen. They must be able to handle a high volume of orders, and being bilingual is a plus for effective communication with all staff members. Cooks may also be needed to prepare catering orders and are required to clean their areas at the end of their shift.
